Rolling Bandits traz toda a emoção do Velho Oeste para mesa. Cada jogador lidera um bando de 7 ladrões que vão tentar entrar nas carruagens de um comboio. Os ladrões são personificados por dados que se lançam e, consoante os símbolos que saem dos lançamentos, serão depois distribuídos estrategicamente pelas carruagens. Quantos mais dos seus ladrões estiverem numa carruagem, maior a possibilidade de tomarem para si os valores que ela dá. Mas atenção, se tiver muitos ladrões envolvidos a roubar o comboio, menos dados lançará na sua próxima jogada.
