General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. These Terms and Conditions regulate the purchase and sale of the GAMEPLAY online shop during the period known as ‘Black Week’ (from 24 November to 2 December 2024), between the company ‘Positive Connections, Lda.’ represented by the GAMEPLAY brand and the CUSTOMER, and apply to all users of the website www.gameplay.pt and to all customers in physical shops.
2. Any purchase made during the period referred to above as ‘Black Week’ implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. The campaigns in force cannot be combined with each other.
4. Promotions are only applicable to board games or puzzles that are ‘In stock’ or ‘Last unit’.
5. All Outlet items are included in the promotions.
6. The following items are excluded from these promotions:
» accessories (sleeves, all Gamegenic gear, Ultra Pro, etc.);
» items in ‘Restock’, ‘Item by request’ or ‘Pre-order’ status;
» small promotional items (Promos are generally items that don't even come in a box or have a barcode).
7. All orders are subject to total or partial cancellation if they include items that are in ‘Restock’, ‘Item by request’ or ‘Pre-order’ status or contain the items mentioned above as excluded from promotions.
8. Exchanges of items purchased under this promotion can be made within 14 days.
9. All orders placed between 24 November and 2 December which include Black Week promotional codes are not eligible for the award of points or the use of MePoints vouchers.
10. Black Week promotional codes cannot be used in combination with other vouchers.
11. The General Terms and Conditions of Sale available for consultation at www.gameplay.pt apply to all aspects of the purchase process that are not referred to in these terms and conditions.
12. GAMEPLAY has the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The CUSTOMER is subject to the principles and terms in force on the date of their order.
