Come cérebros. Não sejas alvejado. Em Zombie Dice, tu és um zombie. Tu queres cérebros e mais cérebros do que todos os teus companheiros zombies. Os 13 dados costumizados são as tuas vítimas. Tenta a tua sorte para comeres os cérebros delas, mas pára de lançar os dados antes que o tiro da caçadeira termine o teu turno! Quem conseguir comer 13 cérebros primeiro, é o vencedor. Cada jogo dura entre 10 a 20 minutos e pode ser ensinado em apenas uma ronda. Em cada turno, tiras três dados da caixa e lanças. O símbolo do cérebro vale um ponto no fim da ronda, já o símbolo de passos, permite-te que lances esse mesmo dado. Por outro lado, os tiros de caçadeira são maus, porque se te calharem 3 tiros de caçadeira, durante o teu turno, o mesmo acaba ali e não ganhas nenhum ponto. Depois de lançar três dados podes decidir se queres ganhar os pontos que acumulaste com os cérebros ou se queres arriscar e voltar a lançar três dados. A edição Zombie Dice Horde inclui o jogo base Zombie Dice, bem como as expansões Zombie Dice 2: Double Feature e Zombie Dice 3: School bus, um saco de tecido e um scorepad, para anotares os cérebros que já comeste.
